Brian received his Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University in Chicago. During his studies, he completed an internship with the Chicago Legal Clinic, where he developed a strong interest in and understanding of family law. Brian has been with the Law Offices of Donna R. Farley since 2005.



Brian’s responsibilities include drafting pleadings, responses, settlement agreements, allocation judgments, parenting plans, support orders, subpoenas, and various court forms. He also prepares and responds to discovery, monitors court deadlines and the firm’s docket, and coordinates with clients regarding appointments, telephone conferences, and the execution and timely production of documents.

Brian resides in the northwest suburbs and enjoys spending time with his family.
