Brian’s responsibilities include drafting pleadings, responses, settlement agreements, allocation judgments and parenting plans, preparing and responding to discovery, preparing subpoenas, support orders and various court forms. Brian also monitors deadlines and the office docket and coordinates with clients to set up appointments, telephone conferences, and the signature and production of time sensitive documents. 

 

Brian resides in the northwest suburbs where he enjoys spending time with his family.
